2 min warm up
1 min interval 1 min recovery
2 min interval 2 min recovery
3 min interval 2 min recovery
4 min interval 2 min recovery
5 min interval 3 min recovery
then reverse the pyramid.
Pace 5:31 to 5:42 min:sec/KM
